It’s been a long time I left my healthy food style. Inspired by a friend of mine on Instagram then I start to go back to the healthy food habit. Today I am being vegetarian so I make a non meat breakfast.
We call it tempe in Indonesia, it is a fermented soy bean.
That is how it look beneath 😁 the ingredients are: shallot and a bit of coriander, soy sauce and sweet soy sauce.
I call it tempe steak hahahaha.. I put some beans as vegetables and boiled potatoes as carbohidrat.
The choice of my healthy drink is papaya juice with soya milk.
