2017 to 2018


2017 has passed, here we come 2018 😁 the year full of hope. Well, when I look back 2017 was a great year there were so many things that I’ve overcome:

  • I’ve learnt Reiki Tummo to help me overcome my anxiety due to GERD, and it really work 😁
  • I travel more to in my country (hope to travel more around my country in 2018)
  • I finally started my blog on August 2017 (hope to start my youtube channel in 2018)
  • I lost my turtle when I put it outside house to get some sun shine, it lost with the tray so I think someone stole it (hope that ‘someone’ treat my turtle well)
  • I’ve started to read books (I used to love it but nowadays it seems like I running out of time)
  • I’ve started singing again even not so active πŸ˜† (I used to karaoke everyday at home just like daily routine, and when I was young, I joined a competition once hahaha..)
  • I start to have a routine sport (I go swimming with my dad twice a week in the morning)

Here come 2018 😁 the year full of hope, I just find it a bit hard to set my goal since I am a person who has many hobbies, eager to find and do new things. Anyway, I realised that I have to set some goals to make me focus in doing what is the most important to do to make the most of me. Here my goals in 2018:

  • I want to explore more about Reiki Tummo not only for self healing but also to increase my spiritual life
  • I would like to travel more around my country (one of it would be mount hiking but I need to increase my body fitness first πŸ˜†)
  • I would like to start my youtube channel
  • I want to read more (I wish to give some review of it on my youtube channel)
  • I would like to do more sport activities at least 4 times a week
  • I would like to increase my ability in photography by hunting picture at least once a month
  • I would like to start painting (I used to love it too)

Well those are my goals, hope I can do those things that once I love. Normally, I work 8.30 – 17.00 monday to friday and 8.30 – 13.00 on saturday, but sometimes I had some meetings that I cannot estimate the day and the hours 😁 so sometimes I need to go home late. That’s why I choose to have my sport activity in the morning so I can do it regularly.
