Syphon Coffe

A syphon coffee maker brews coffee using two chambers where vapor pressure and vacuum produce coffee. It was invented by Loeff of Berlin in the 1830s, and after that these devices have been used for more than a century in many parts of the world. Design and composition of the vacuum coffee maker varies.

Syphon Coffee produces a bright, sweet, clarified coffee, which is not only involves fully immersion, but also (low) pressure extraction. The process in making Syphon Coffee is somewhat delicate, but produces a cup of coffee that is unique in its richness and clear flavors and can have an oily body, but almost never has any silt. These characteristics are why this method is so famous in many coffee lover. However, the main disadvantage is the difficulty in the process.

Anyway, for me coffee is not just ‘coffee’ but the art of making it that make it special.

====================================

Osaka Temple, Japan

It was a few years ago but still worth to share. This time I would like to share some pictures in Osaka Japan.

This one is Osaka Castle, I think it is very beautiful.

The castle is in the midlle of the forest, the view is breathtaking and the air freshen up your body and soul.

There we could drink ‘blessed water’ with some steps as follow:

The water cold and fresh to your throat 😁 that was a really great experience.

You could pray in the temple there.

In some part of the castle you must take off your shoes, as follow 😅 :

You could find many snack and souvenir shops there.

It was raining that day but didn’t prevent the visitors to come.

See you on the next blog 😘

Photography

What is photography mean to me?

I get to know photography since I was a kid, when we still used roll film for the camera. I had my own camera when I was in primary school and I love taking pictures since then.

But well yeah I am easily get bored so photography is just a hobby that come and go hahahaha.. Anyway, I always up to date for the camera that I used even it’s not a pro or expensive one but I up date it through times. My favorite camera brand are fujifilm and canon and I never used the others.

As times goes by, smartphone come to the photography industry and become popular since then. Right now, I am quite satisfied with my samsung S8 and Huawei P9 camera. In addition, for the camera I am using DSLR Canon 70D.

Why I do love photography? It’s hard to be explained. I just feel that every picture can tell a lot about something. I love to see old photos, which can tell a lot about what happen in that era. In my opinion a good picture should carry the feel and the message that want to be shared.

Love you guys, see you on my next blog 👍😉.

Who doesn’t like dessert?

Dessert

Well, who doesn’t like dessert? I know that for some people having dessert is not a habit.

What is dessert? According to wikipedia, dessert is a confectionery course that concludes a main meal. The vourse usually consists of sweet foods, and possibly a beverage such as dessert wine or liqueur, but may include coffee, cheeses, nuts or other savory items.

In my country, dessert is not a habit. We do have some snacks that we called jajanan. We have it not as dessert but anytime that we want but not after meal.

Anyway, nowadays many of young generations adopting a new habit that we called dessert. I think instagram and facebook have a big influence in promoting dessert 😅 hahahaha..

Well for me I prefer sweet course for dessert and savory course is for snacking 😉 how’s about you?

I am looking back

I am looking back,

Not for regreting but to cherish..

I am looking back,

Not to hold back but to continue..

I am looking back,

Not to complain but to be grateful..

At the end..

I am looking back,

Then I realised of how lucky I am 😊

Well he is a bit nervous in the water so yeah it need extra work for the teacher to teach him how to swim 😆😆😆 he is really frightened.

He has changed the swimming teacher twice 😅😅😅 hopefully this new teacher can handle him.

My nephew is so talkative 😆😆😆 even he’s keep talking while swimming, OMG 😱😲🤣 good luck for the teacher hahaha..

Kawaguchi, Japan

We had a unique experience while in Japan. Well, you should try this one 👍😉 we stayed over night at Japanese style hotel (tatami).

As you can see everything was traditional, we wore kimono, slept on tatami, we ate in Japanese traditional way. It was really great and worth doing while you’re in Japan.

However, I felt a bit creepy at night with all the old things surrounded hahahaha.. We couldn’t sleep till late 😆😆😆 we’re not used to sleep on tatami.

In the morning, I walked around at the hotel. I love the garden there as you can see above. It was artistic and beautiful.

Let it go

Let it go..

It was easy to say but hard to do.

When someone feel like he/she own something, then it is hard to let it go.

Actually, we own nothing everything is just for a temporary.

When we can put that in mind then we can have a freedom from our temporary belonging.

Finally, we can let it go..

How I made it?

Well there’s a story behind every scene. It was dimplestothedotcom.wordpress.com idea to share of how I make every picture that I posted here.

I would like to talk about the pictures in the previous blog “my dinner menu on monday.” It took some steps as follow, before it’s ready to post.

First we had to arrange the food, just a quick and simple arrangement then began taking some shots with smartphone (I am using Samsung S8).

From those two I chose the first one, well for me it’s more representable. After I picked the one that I want to post then I started editting using camera 360 application.

As you can the the colour a bit brighter, all we have to do just make it like the real colour, I adjust the layer, brightness, contrast, saturation, vibrance, highlight and shadow. After you satisfied with your editting then it’s ready to be posted 👍😉 I did it with every photo, as you can see below.

Ok guys that’s how it happenned. Thank you to dimplestothedotcom.wordpress.com for the great idea 😁 for me to share those things. Bye from now 😉 see you on the next blog.
